Bill Mann is a New Jersey native who grew up in Hunterdon County. Inspired by his favorite artists and counterculture videos Bill picked up the guitar at a young age. He quickly learned to sing and play. After completing vocational radio and television programs, taking part in musicals, performing at concerts, and singing in a regional honors choir, he went on to involve himself in music production. Bill has recorded audio, mixed music, produced artists, edited broadcast material, and has gained many years of experience as a sound engineer. Bill is now a music and media specialist and continues to write, record, and perform music. His creative skillset also carries over to video, cinematography, and digital media. Having been part of many musical groups and productions, Bill has the knowledge to take on a variety of creative projects with ease. His passion for music led to building a studio space dedicated to independently producing music and media. Bill also worked for several years in the digital graphics industry. While not his primary interest, it taught him important problem-solving skills that are valuable in any industry. Bill is now graduating with a Digital Media/Film degree at Raritan Valley Community College. This parallels his devotion to making great music and media, which continues to be an important part of Bill’s professional career.

I provide expertise in sound engineering and media production with an innovative style. I’ve always been intrigued by great TV shows, films, radio, music, and action sports videos. My affinity for music and involvement in performance as an artist led to my interest in media production. I’m often inspired by an original track, an engaging video, or a great series. Movies have been a tremendous creative influence for me as well. I hosted my first on-air show and gained initial experience with professional video production as a vocational student. Making music has given me a unique opportunity to work with other artists and hone my skills as a music producer/sound engineer. This also gave me plenty of opportunities to work with video, which has become a vital part of the music industry. I have always enjoyed making home videos, participating in collaborative projects, and creating productions for clients. I’ve also applied my unique technical capabilities in creating content for social media. My works capture a wide audience of both young adults and older generations, and I have been especially successful in connecting with Millennials and Gen X. I’ve developed a method of delivering high impact productions by finding ways to capture the raw energy of a performance and highlighting the emotion being conveyed by the artist or actor. My editing and mixing expertise allow me to carefully carve out the sound of a project and refine the details to provide a smooth, edgy, dramatic, or colorful feel. As the industry evolves, I continue to observe current trends and technology while using my experience to guide my abilities.
