STATEMENT
My work explores human experiences, perspectives, and opinions through short modern films and unique approaches of life. Inspired by remarkable professors and my encouraging family, I discovered the art of embracing empathy after going through a near-death experience. For every person I interact with, I learn from their experiences of happiness, accomplishment, love, regret, hate, sadness, etc. to get a broader sense of life. As a filmmaker and videographer, living vicariously through those who share a piece of their hearts allows me to feel and understand more about life. Ultimately, this belief guides me in producing my films.
Film makes me happy and in return, I hope that my audience can be happy as well. I want to make a difference by being kind and by acknowledging and appreciating the people I meet to demonstrate that they are important and are heard. I share my work in hope to touch hearts and evoke emotions, whether positive or negative, that can stimulate my audience to reflect on my messages.
